Have you tried the one on nraas?It walks you through the setup and the link for the zip file is in step 3. Last time I checked the link still works.
Another essential mod for me is cmar pregnancy controller. I mainly use it to tell me the gender of the baby beforehand and force births for pregnant sims who get stuck and lag the game. Nraas saver and Master controller are a MUST HAVE of the basic essentials. nraas relativity and saver are essentials for me.
