crack loose the front small bush bolt again 15mm. this is an easy one and can be accessed easily. remove mount and put new mount into position. move gearbox or sump by hand to align the holes on the mount. this is very easy the engine/gearbox will move easily using one hand. finally tighten the bolts up and job done.

Unscrew it from the car (obviously). Than take out the plaquette on the top (use a screwdriver to pry it up). Now trun it on its head and get out the plastic ring which secures the leather on the bottom (use pliers) and tear away the old leather (cut the seams and pull it with pliers - its glued to the knob).
