Hello, I have just started NG+ this morning. After several encounters with normal thugs, I realized that my ballistic armor didn't regenerate at all. Is this intended? If so, is there anyway to recoup your armor? HP did regain although it seems they only go back up to 50% instead of 100% in the original.

Hello, I wonder if anyone has or had the same issue as I'm having now. I can't record or stream Batman: AC. Its just a black screen with sound. I tried the basic stuff that I could find like running both as administrator, update drivers and various programs, game and monitor capture, tweaked settings inside OBS. Nothing works. So I downloaded a graphics mod that had replacement files of BmEngine and UserEngine I had to put in my documents, which worked, Until I realized I can't put back the original 2 files I replaced them with, and I don't have copy's of them and no available previous versions, if anyone can help, please do.
